I am really excited for the Black and White Party OCT 9th! It is being hosted by Latino graduate school organizations around the Bay Area in all disciplines.
It will be empowering to see Graduate Latinos and Alumni come together to network and socialize. I am thrilled there is a space where our gente can create stronger ties to mobilize and help one another access the multiple resources that are sometimes only accessible to a select few. It will be especially motivating to see other Latinos thriving in their chosen paths! I am sure it will be even more rewarding and inspiring to see how each one of us can help others in their journey towards achieving their future goals by creating new friendships and at times life lasting bonds.
We truly are familia at heart because in the end we are Latinos A Morir!
